Those in recovery often face numerous challenges as they seek to rebuild their lives, and one of the most significant obstacles is finding gainful employment. Our workforce training program at The Buzz will be designed to provide recovering adults and youth with the necessary skills and knowledge to enter the workforce and achieve financial stability.

Participants will be trained to head back into the job market through The Buzz. Together we will focus on life skills training, covering topics such as time management, budgeting, communication, and conflict resolution. This will help participants develop the necessary skills to manage their personal lives and enhance their employability.
